(Most) Everyday (usually around noon) I'll throw out a photo from the AP or one of the bigger sites and you provide the caption. Hilarity ensues.

There's nothing like a WB reference to kick off a contest. That caption just blew my Notebook one out of the water. (TSH wins 2nd for their caption of..."What? That patch of hair on Drew Gooden's neck is from my head? It can't be, it just can't..")
