Finally... finally the NBA has reached the conclusion of its regular season. Who would have thought a truncated regular season thanks to the lockout would still feel like it was about 10 games too long. With the final week of the regular season, it seems like teams are battling each other to lose playoff postitioning instead of gain it. The Heat losing to the Wizards, the Thunder choking against the Lakers minus Metta Ron Artest. Thus, matchups like the Heat/Celtics on Tuesday night may be more notable for who doesn't play than who actually does. The most important matchup looks like Suns/Jazz on Tuesday night with both teams fighting for the 8th seed in the West. That is, unless you're dying to see the Cavs, Bobcats, or Warriors one last time this season.

This week the mavericks at 76ers game replaced the originally scheduled Hornets at Knicks game on ESPN!
Mark Jones and Doris Burke are announcing the Hawks at Bulls game for ESPN and Marv Albert,Mke Fratello, Steve Kerr and Craig Sager will be the sideline reporter for the Celtics at Mavericks and Kevin Harlan, Reggie Miller and Cheryl Miller will be the sideline reporter for the Blazers at Lakers game on Monday!
I could be wrong about the Atlanta at Portland game not being on NBATV on Saturday anmd does anybody know why DAvid Aldridge isn't the sideline reporter for tonight's Clippers at Blazers game??
NBATV will have Doubleheader on Saturday as Denver will play at Indiana and Sacramento will play at Phoenix instead of Atlanta playing at Portland!
Is ESPN not using Doris Burke as an analyst or Marc Kestercher as PBP announcers for their NBA Coverage this year??
It also seems like that Chris Mullen is the #3 analyst for ESPN's Coverage of the NBA this year!
