Your MLB announcing schedule for 8/21-8/26

Written by Ryan Yoder on .

Stop the presses, the Yankess aren't on national television every day this week!  The Yanks went 5-2 last week on national airwaves, but are still behind the Reds and Nationals for the best record in the majors.  Somehow, the Nats and Reds still aren't getting the national attention they deserve, unless we're talking Stephen Strasburg's arm or Marty Brenneman's head.  Thankfully, baby steps are being taken this week with both teams appearing on MLB Network and the Reds appearing on FOX's Saturday regional coverage.  The weekend series between the Giants and Braves gets top billing on ESPN and FOX's coverage.

JOHN KRUK was the analyst for the ESPN2 Wednesday Night Baseball game between the New York Yankees at Chcago Whitesox  last night and i have a correction to make, Kyle Peterson will be an analyst for 10 instead of the originally scheduled 9 games that he was scheduled to work at ESPN's coverage of the Little League World Series!!!

Nomar Garciaparra WILL NOT be the analyst for ESPN2's Wednesday Night Baseball game between the New York Yankees at Chicago Whitesox tonight!!!

Because Nomar Garciaparra is working the International Winner's bracket game at the Little League World Series with Gary Thorne and Field Level Reporter Jenn Brown this afternoon!!!

Chris Mckendry is doing the PBP for the 3rd place game,Karl Ravech is the PBP voice for 18 games and Gary Thorne is the PBP voice for 13  games during ESPN's coverage of the Little League World Series this year!!!

Kyle Peterson was an analyst for 9 instead of the originally scheduled 8 games that he was originally scheduled to work for ESPN's Coverage of the Little League World Series this year and Nomar Garciaparra was an analyst for 11 instead of the originally scheduled 13 games that he was scheduled to be an analyst for ESPN's coverage of  the Little League World Series this year!!!

ESPN Had a couple of changes for it's coverage of the Little League World Series yesterday too, as the Consolation game had Chris Mckendry and not Jenn Brown as the field level reporter who worked with Karl Ravech and Kyle Peterson, nstead of working wth Gary Thorne and Orel Hershisher and Jenn Brown and not Chis Mckendry was the Field Level Reporter for the International Elimination game who worked with Gary Thorne and Orel Hershisher, instead of working with Karl Ravech and Kyle Peterson!!!

the only way that Nomar Garciaparra would be an analyst for the ESPN 2 Wednesday Night Baseball game between the New York Yankees at Chicago Whitesox tonight, would be if Kyle Peterson filled in for him and worked the International WInner's bracket game with Gary Thorne and Field Level Reporter Jenn Brown this afternoon!!!

Terry Francona worked as a analyst for 6 games during ESPN's  coverage of this year's Little League World series, he was the only analyst for 3 of the 6 games that he worked and was a 2nd analyst who worked with his Sunday Night Baseball analyst partner Orel Hershisher for the other 3 of 6 games that he worked this year!!!

Orel Hershisher was an analyst for 8 games instead of the 7 games that he was originally scheduled to be an analyst for the Little League World Series on ESPN this year, he worked 5 instead of 4 games as the only analyst and 3 games with his Sunday Night Baseball parter and  2nd analyst partner Terry Francona!!!

Tim Kurkjian was substituteing for  Pedro Gomez's as the field level reporter for ESPn's Wednesday Night Baseball game on Wednesday August 8th, so that Pedro Gomez could substitute for Tim Kurkjian as the field level reporter for the Monday Night Baseball game on ESPN2 on Monday August 13th!!!

Yesterday ESPN's Normal Monday Night Baseball crew of Sean Mcdonough, Rick Sutcliffe, Aaron Boone and Field Level Reporter Tim Kurkjian worked ESPN 2's MLB telecast between bitter NL West Arch Rival the San Francisco Giants at the Los Angeles Dodgers!!!

Jon Sciambi was the studio host for ESPN Monday Night Baseball and Baseball Tonight on Monday August 13th and Monday August 20th too!!!

How can Nomar Garciaparra be the analyst for the MLB game between the New York Yankees at Chicago Whitesox tomorrow night???

Especially since he is the analyst for the Little League World Series International game for ESPN tomorrow at 4 ET!!!

ESPN had a couple of changes for it's coverage of the Little League World Series yesterday, instead of Karl Ravech working the Consolation game with Nomar Garciaparra, Karl Ravech worked the Consolation game with Kyle Peterson and field level reporter Chris Mckendry, the 1st of 2 International Elimination games had Gary Thorne work with Orel Hershisher instead of Kyle Peterson and the 1 of 2 U.S. Elimination games had Karl Ravech work with Kyle Peterson and Field Level reporter Jenn Brown, instead of with Nomar Garciaparra and Field Level reporter Jenn Brown!!!

the 2nd International Elimination game had Chris Mckendry and not Jenn Brown as the field level reporter with Gary Thorne and Terry Francona and the 2nd U.S. Elimination game last night, had Jenn Brown and no Chris Mckendry as the field level reporter with Karl Ravech and Orel Hershisher!!!
