Honestly, I still see a reason to have the Pro Bowl, and you hit it right on the head -- the kids.  Still, the game needs a huge overhaul, and if that doesn't happen, it's extinct.  Here's some ideas:

*12 minute quarters instead of 15

*Clock only stops for scores, change of possession, timeout, and normal stoppage rules under two minutes of half

*Some effort has to be made by the O-line and D-line on every play, refs can throw the flag if they don't see that.

*Players from Super Bowl teams can participate, but cannot exceed 7 total on field minutes - after that he's DQ'ed - this includes time in between plays but only when the clock is running.

*We can put two cities - one representing the NFC and the other representing the AFC - the city that represents the winning team will host a future Super Bowl.

*Only players on the winning team get paid.

Don't have to use all of them but they are possibilities.
