I wish we had every close Chicago White Sox loss saved for posterity thanks to the play by play antics of the one and only Hawk Harrelson.  Last we saw Hawk, he was observing a minute of silence for a White Sox walk off loss in Detroit.  Today, the southsiders found themselves trailing 10-8 in the bottom of the ninth hosting the Tigers with runners on second and third and 2 outs.  With the moment set up for a dramatic White Sox walk off, Dayan Viciedo sent a high fly ball to deep right field.  This led Hawk Harrelson to yell out his patented “STRETCH!  STRETCH!  STRETCH!” to try and carry the ball over the wall.  In true Major League-esque fashion, the ball was caught at the warning track leading to another great end of game reaction from Hawk where he sounds like a grizzled 1890’s prospector…
