UPDATE: From several people, it is Los Angeles radio personality Vic "The Brick" Jacobs. Seems like an interesting fellow.

I find it hilarious that Yardbarker has partnered with fox sports and doesn't know VIc "the brick" Yardbarker does a daily segment on the loose canons and they don't recognize the man that held Steve and Pat together for 2 years.

@guellow23 He is beloved in LA, he is very genuine and enjoys interacting with all fans. VTB is also a regular at Dodgers, UCLA and Kings games; he is the KLAC "beat reporter" but being such a huge LA homer, he is really there to be the voice of the fans.
