LSU newspaper uses "Cock blocked" for win over South Carolina

When I first saw this headline, I wasn’t sure whether LSU won or lost last night versus South Carolina. I thought they lost, since they were playing the Gamecocks and wouldn’t that mean that if they were blocked by a…? Oh nevermind, the Tigers won 64-46, and we got a most memorable headline from the LSU newspaper out of it.

@ScottYoshonis man, I wanted the Ann Arbor paper to use that when the Wolverines lost to to the Cocks on New Years Day
Awesome! “@awfulannouncing: LSU newspaper actually used the headline "Cock Blocked" for a win over South Carolina http://t.co/I4jxEkr7”
@matttraub @saintwarrick Someone should reward that headline writer with a $100 cash envelope.
@robphillips3 Saw this. Totally proud, even if I have no idea what the story will entail. Those ideas tossed when I was there. #risktakers?
@robphillips3 Prior to my time there, with the hiring of Trent, there was a "LSU grabs Stanford's Johnson," or something of the sort
@matttraub @HardyVision @saintwarrick And I am about to give our desk grief for using SLUMP BUSTER today...
@IonaGuyF @awfulannouncing LOL. Now that I am a part of Gamecock Nation, it's even funnier.
@awfulannouncing You must have missed this headline the other day: http://t.co/hyXIis7s
