When an athlete gives a weather report on a local news station, it's usually a recipe for comedy gold. Phoenix Coyotes forward Mikkel Boedker's report for ABC 15 of Phoenix is just one of the most recent and most comical examples which proves that athletes stumbling through the weather is a sight worth beholding.

Give Boedker credit. He actually handles himself pretty well while providing some truly hilarious lines. From telling viewers they don't need to worry about the cold temperatures at the Grand Canyon as they only need about five minutes to see it, to struggling to locate Phoenix on a map, Boedker's segment is loaded with unintentional comedy.

Boedker is quite blunt in his forecast, admitting that he's never been to several areas on the map. He also mentions that the Coyotes are in town Monday and Tuesday, but that he doesn't care about the weather the rest of the week because the team will be on the road. All of this combined with his understanding of the English language as a Danish hockey player left us laughing several times.
