Video: GUS JOHNSON IS CALLING BUZZER BEATERS IN MARCH AGAIN!
Yes it's only the first round of the Big Ten Tournament, yes it's not March Madness... but still, how great is it to hear Gus Johnson call a buzzer beater in March once again? Brandon Paul hits this shot at the buzzer to send Illinois into the Big Ten quarterfinals and defeat Minnesota 51-49 and Gus into his trademark histrionics with a great call. ("WELCOME TO THE BIG TEN!") Gus Johnson has been in Europe the past month launching his career as a soccer announcer, and I admire his boldness in going on a completely new and challenging journey (although he admits he misses calling the NCAA Tournament)... but this is where his true calling lies.

@Moonovermesa @awfulannouncing I have no clue. All I know is that Gus' mic was silent the last 2 mins, but was fine in HD. Very weird.
