Pregame

Same old, same old for the 12 p.m. ET hour of NFL pre-shows on broadcast. Fox NFL Sunday defeated CBS' The NFL Today by a score of 3.5 to 2.8.

CBS (Regional Window)

CBS had a six-way single-header window, featuring the Jets, Ravens, Steelers, Chiefs and Colts, which led the network to some solid numbers. Kansas City led the way with an impressive 44.3 rating for the Chiefs' home game with the Chargers.

The four early games and two late games drove The Eye net to an 11.5 overnight rating, up 9.5 percent from the similar window in 2012.

Market Game Rating
1. Kansas City San Diego vs. Kansas City 44.3/71
2. Pittsburgh Pittsburgh vs. Cleveland 38.4/62
3. Indianapolis Indianapolis vs. Arizona 34.5/52
4. Baltimore NY Jets vs. Baltimore 31.4/57
5. Cleveland Pittsburgh vs. Cleveland 30.7/55

Fox (1 p.m. ET Window)

Fox led with Carolina-Miami and a tie between Green Bay and Minnesota in many markets, but still found decent ratings. The network scored a 9.8, up 12.6% from an 8.7 in the corresponding week the year before.

Market Game Rating
1. Milwaukee Minnesota vs. Green Bay 43.5/73

Fox ("America's Game of the Week" window)

Despite all the ratings success of Peyton Manning and the Saints and the Patriots and the Chiefs, it turned out the highest-rated game of the season would be old fashioned NFC East rivalry, with the Cowboys visiting the Giants. The game hit an 18.9 overnight for Fox, up 14.5 percent from 49ers-Saints last year. Safe to say, CBS shouldn't worry about drawing a big number for Raiders-Cowboys on Thursday.

3. Milwaukee 26.1/45

NBC got an overtime Peyton Manning-Tom Brady showdown, so yeah, the ratings were large. The peacock drew a 17.0 overnight, up 25.9 percent from Packers-Giants last season. It was the highest-rated November primetime game in 17 years.
