Another week, another win for Fox NFL Sunday, which beat CBS's The NFL Today 3.2 to 2.6.
Fox (Regional Window)
Fox's 12.8 rating was not only up 13 percent from their regional set last year (featuring Panthers-Redskins at the start of the RGIII rage and Cardinals-Packers), but the highest-rated such window for the network since November of 2005.
None of the games Fox aired were particularly vaunted, but they had some decent games either featuring big markets (New York, Philly, Dallas) or markets where people are nuts about the team (New Orleans, Seattle, Minnesota). I mean, seriously, check out how much of New Orleans saw the Jets beat the Saints.

10. Austin | Minnesota vs. Dallas | 17.1/38 |
CBS (1 p.m. ET Window) 24.6/40
Not a great window, and without either the New York or Dallas markets, CBS dropped 13 percent from their 1 p.m. ET window in Week 9 of 2012. That window featured Peyton and the Broncos in Cincinnati, as well as the eventual Super Bowl-champion Ravens.

CBS ("America's Game of the Week" Window)
Tom Brady vs. Ben Roethlisberger doesn't quite have the muscle it used to, as Steelers-Patriots (with Ravens-Browns as a 'B' game) was down three percent from CBS' Steelers-Giants telecast in the same window last year. The window hit a 15.4 overnight.

NBC (Sunday Night Football)
It was an exciting game, and filled with an incredibly tense moment (the collapse of Texans head coach Gary Kubiak) but SNF was well down this week. The game drew an 11.4 overnight, a drop of 21 percent from Cowboys-Falcons on Sunday night of last year.
