Fox Sports 1 has been in existence for one month and two days now, but Speed Channel fans are still angry with the new network. That's right, it's time once again for one of our favorite recurring pieces – Speed fans are angry about Fox Sports 1! Given FS1's ratings in the first month, perhaps these Speed fans are justified in wanting Dave Despain's return. There's got to be a spot open for him somewhere on the Fox Sports Live panel, right?

"I am new here, but when I found this place, I just had to sign up to add my voice about how irate I am that Speed Channel is gone, and it is just another sports channel now, with a bunch of content that I do not give a damn about. Like there are not enough channels where you can already see football 24/7. To me this is going to only serve to hurt NASCAR, as I already paid more for a higher tier with Dish, in order to get Speed, and for some strange reason both the next tier up and the tier below mine has Fuel, or now FS2, but not the tier I am on, and if I go to the next lower tier, where I can get FS2, which by the way today has all of the Cup practice and Nationwide qualifying, then I lose FS1, so basically to get all of NASCAR that I used to get between Speed and ESPN, I would now have to pay more a month to get both FS1 and FS2. it is just another way to steal more money from us consumers and it royally pisses me off." – samidean
