During Tuesday night's Dodgers-Giants game, Vin Scully had another moment to remind you that he's the best announcer ever. Scully talked about walking through San Francisco before the game and seeing 50-75 high school/college aged girls giving out "free hugs" with some men with the group being the vocal backing for the ladies.
Of course, this led to Scully's conclusion of the story: "it was really kind of nice...no, no, I crossed the street." Vin's the best.
I honestly don't get his appeal. I still cringe at the way he pronounces "error" as "era" and instead of "regular season" he says "regular year."
Vin Scully could recite a Hitler speech & it would sound like the most beautiful thing in the world. I wish Vin Scully was my grandpa.
