NEW YORK — For the third year, the National Football League’s brightest current, former and future stars shined at the 3rd Annual NFL Honors awards show. Hollywood and NFL luminaries walked the red carpet at New York’s famed Radio City Music Hall before the signature event which honors the best players and performances during the 2013 season. Awful Announcing was there for all the inside scoop before the big show.

We asked everybody we spoke to to give us their favorite, most iconic sports broadcasting call of all time. Only one had the guts to go on camera with his version. In one of the best moments of the red carpet scene, we got Baltimore Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh to reenact Al Michaels’ iconic 1980 Olympics “Miracle On Ice” call.

Harbaugh was honored on Saturday evening with the 2013 Salute to Service award for his exceptional efforts to honor and support military and their families.
